Orgosolo (Nuoro) lungo il fiume Cedrino.<br \/>Si tratta di una diga in calcestruzzo a gravit\u00e0 zero con una <strong>capacit\u00e0 dell\u2019invaso di circa 13.3 milioni di metri cubi di acqua<\/strong> con una portata continua di 50 litri al secondo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-e07830b elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e07830b\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019opera \u00e8 stata inserita nel Sistema Idrico Multisettoriale della Regione Sardegna: la funzione principale infatti \u00e8 quella di fornire acqua per <strong>irrigare circa 2800 ettari di terreno<\/strong> agricolo circostante e, in parte minore, per usi industriali e per la fornitura di energia elettrica.<br \/>Dopo numerose interruzioni sia per cause burocratiche che naturali (il cantiere \u00e8 stato distrutto nel 2013 a causa del ciclone Cleopatra), nel 2024 la ditta costruttrice ICM di Vicenza si \u00e8 aggiudicata l\u2019appalto per proseguire i lavori e portare l\u2019opera a compimento.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-13b7e63\" data-id=\"13b7e63\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap le sue sfide: spazi ridotti, alte prestazioni <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-5309c3a data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le sfide principali di questo cantiere sono state il <strong>ridotto spazio a disposizione<\/strong> per l\u2019installazione dei macchinati, vista la conformazione geologica del territorio circostante, e la necessit\u00e0 di produrre il calcestruzzo direttamente sul sito della diga.<\/p><p>Uno scenario gi\u00e0 sperimentato numerose volte da Simem che pu\u00f2 annoverare tra i propri traguardi numerosi progetti per lo <strong>sviluppo<\/strong> <strong>idroelettrico internazionale<\/strong>: dalla Nam Theun Dam in Laos, alla Changuinola Dam di Panama e l\u2019incredibile Renaissance Dam in Etiopia, la cui costruzione si \u00e8 conclusa proprio nel 2025 dopo ben 16 anni di lavori.<\/p><p>Dalla fine degli anni \u201990 infatti Simem \u00e8 riuscita a costruirsi basi solide ed accumulare esperienze di valore per fare proprie le tecnologie e le applicazioni di questo specifico comparto del mondo delle costruzioni e confermarsi quindi come partner affidabile ed esperto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section calcestruzzo completo: efficiente e pronto all\u2019uso<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-012052d elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"012052d\" data-element_type=\"section\" <strong>impianto <a href=\"https:\/\/simem.com\/it\/plants\/impianto-di-betonaggio-semi-mobile-eagle\/\">Eagle<\/a> 5000<\/strong> completo di sistema di caricamento da terra con tramogge semi-carrabili. Grazie al quadro di distribuzione il cliente dovr\u00e0 solo fornire la tensione elettrica ad un singolo punto dell\u2019impianto.<\/li><li>Sistema completo per il <strong>riciclaggio<\/strong> dei calcestruzzi residui <a href=\"https:\/\/simem.com\/it\/machine\/betonwash\/\">BetonWash<\/a>, filtropressatura delle acque sporche <a href=\"https:\/\/simem.com\/it\/machine\/waterwash\/\">WaterWash<\/a> e PH correttore, per un recupero totale delle acque di processo.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-a3f1a32 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a3f1a32\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3edb4b9\" data-id=\"3edb4b9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07b3a9a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"07b3a9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tecnologia SIMEM al servizio delle grandi infrastrutture: doppio sistema di distribuzione<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db3e979 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db3e979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gli aggregati vengono scaricati direttamente sulle due tramogge di ricevimento semi-carrabili con capacit\u00e0 di <strong>25 metri cubi ciascuna<\/strong>; il materiale passa poi al nastro inclinato di 30 gradi, con una lunghezza di 25 mt: lungo tutto il nastro \u00e8 presente una passerella di <strong>sicurezza<\/strong> per ispezione e manutenzione. il ricarico delle vasche di stoccaggio inerti. <br \/>Il gruppo inerti \u00e8 un Nexus a sei scomparti, con una bocchetta doppia per scomparto, e con un <strong>volume di 336 metri cubi<\/strong>, garantisce un grande accumulo di stoccaggio ed un\u2019ottima precisione di pesatura.<\/p><p>Il mescolatore \u00e8 un doppio asse <strong>Rhyno 5000<\/strong> con resa in calcestruzzo da 3.3 metri cubi completo di sensore temperatura calcestruzzo e filtro polveri.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-af177d0 elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"af177d0\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-7fdbfe9\" data-id=\"7fdbfe9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aeff0ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aeff0ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La particolarit\u00e0 di questo impianto studiata da Simem \u00e8 il<strong> sistema di movimentazione meccanico allo scarico del calcestruzzo<\/strong>: l\u2019impianto pu\u00f2 inviare il calcestruzzo prodotto in prossimit\u00e0 delle spalle della diga, oppure caricare le autobetoniere.<\/p><p>Dal mescolatore, infatti, il calcestruzzo passa in una benna mobile di ricevimento che grazie a delle rotaie riesce a spostarsi orizzontalmente. La vasca pu\u00f2 caricare su un ulteriore <strong>nastro di<\/strong> <strong>lunghezza 60 metri<\/strong> nel caso in cui il materiale venga spedito direttamente alla diga; in alternativa se fossero presenti delle betoniere, la benna si sposta per lasciare spazio ai mezzi che caricano direttamente dal cono di scarico.<\/p><p>Questo sistema \u00e8 stato studiato ad hoc su richiesta ICM: l\u2019impianto risponde alle necessit\u00e0 del committente di disporre di un altro grado di automazione dei diversi passaggi, oltre al dover efficientare il poco spazio disponibile grazie ad uno stoccaggio verticale elevato ma con impronta ridotta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-fc1c304\" data-id=\"fc1c304\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap
