E proprio come in pasticceria, anche nel mondo delle costruzioni, gli ingredienti devono essere opportunamente preparati, controllati, dosati nelle giuste quantit\u00e0 e nei giusti momenti e mescolati per un preciso intervallo di tempo.<\/p><p>Come in cucina, anche nel nostro campo esistono diversi tipi di ingredienti, di qualit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 o meno elevata, la quale influisce poi sul risultato finale. Pu\u00f2 essere anche acqua di risulta da <a href=\"https:\/\/simem.com\/it\/machine\/betonwash\/\">ciclo di lavorazione<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>AGGREGATI<\/strong>: Naturali o riciclati, sono lo scheletro del calcestruzzo e sono costituiti da elementi lapidei ottenuti per trasformazione di ammassi rocciosi a seguito di processi naturali o artificiali<\/li><li><strong>CEMENTO<\/strong>: \u00e8 a sua volta composto da pi\u00f9 elementi in particolare il clinker che \u00e8 anche uno degli elementi pi\u00f9 energivori da produrre.<\/li><li><strong>ADDITIVI<\/strong>: liquidi o in polvere, vengono utilizzati per una maggiore lavorabilit\u00e0 o resistenza al calcestruzzo<\/li><li><strong>AGGIUNTE<\/strong>: ceneri volanti, fumi di silice<\/li><li><strong>FIBRE<\/strong>: in acciaio o sintetiche<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f88ff72 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f88ff72\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-41a3e27\" data-id=\"41a3e27\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-716804d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"716804d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Come influisce la qualit\u00e0 del mescolatore nel processo di produzione del calcestruzzo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-455fffa elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"455fffa\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-82029bd\" data-id=\"82029bd\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90e7357 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90e7357\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il mescolatore, in SIMEM lo diciamo sempre, \u00e8 il cuore dell\u2019impianto di betonaggio: la qualit\u00e0 della mescolazione incide direttamente su omogeneit\u00e0, resistenza e durabilit\u00e0 del calcestruzzo. Per questo \u00e8 fondamentale tenere conto di diverse caratteristiche quando si decide di acquistare un mescolatore, sia esso planetario o a doppio-asse.<\/p><p><strong>Resistenza:<\/strong> i componenti devono avere un certo grado di resistenza per sopportare i cicli di lavoro e la continua usura dovuta al contatto con materiale umido. Per questo i mescolatori SIMEM sono sempre rivestiti internamente di piastre <strong>anti-usura altamente resistenti<\/strong> e soprattutto facili da sostituire in fase di manutenzione.<br \/><strong>Tecnica di mescolazione: <\/strong>grazie ad una collaborazione con centri di ricerca e Universit\u00e0, Simem ha studiato approfonditamente la dinamica dei fluidi per creare le palette <strong>Dyna-flow<\/strong>, appositamente create per una migliore mescolazione<br \/><strong>Manutenzione: <\/strong>le piastre interne antiusura sono facilmente removibili e sostituibili cos\u00ec come le palette che sono bullonate singolarmente agli alberi. Sportelli di accesso e di ispezione sono poi fondamentali per una visione chiara ed immediata dell\u2019interno del mescolatore. <br \/>In particolare, nel modello <a href=\"https:\/\/simem.com\/it\/machine\/mescolatore-a-doppio-asse-rhyno\/\">doppio-asse Rhyno<\/a>, un sistema tiltante d\u00e0 accesso al locale motori, quello pi\u00f9 delicato ed importante.<\/p><p>Non avere una meccanica affidabile significa incorrere quasi sicuramente in problematiche potenziali come: aria nell\u2019impasto, materiale non omogeneo e quindi formazione di grumi o addirittura uno scarico non completo del materiale.<br \/>Di conseguenza, questo comporta scarsa qualit\u00e0 della materia finale che verr\u00e0 scartata e soprattutto comporter\u00e0 un Proprio come un cuore necessita degli altri organi per funzionare cos\u00ec anche il mescolatore fa affidamento su altri elementi.<\/p><p><strong>Tramogge ricevimento inerti<\/strong>: indipendentemente dalla capacit\u00e0, l\u2019importante \u00e8 evitare la contaminazione dei materiali<br \/>Sensoristica: il controllo della temperatura e del livello di umidit\u00e0 sono fondamentali per tenere sotto controllo i tempi di asciugatura ed evitare crepe da sbalzo termico<br \/><strong>Dosaggio<\/strong>: bilance precise assicurano dosaggi precisi. Gli impianti Simem riescono ad essere estremamente precisi, con una percentuale di errore sotto l\u20191%; questo grazie a decenni di studi, prove e <br \/><strong>Layout<\/strong>: non solo estetica ma anche ordine e precisione. La disposizione di un impianto nello spazio \u00e8 uno dei punti fondamentali e deve tener conto di operativit\u00e0, accesso per la manutenzione, capacit\u00e0 produttiva.<br
