Simem Jumper is a new line of compact mobile plants suitable for small precast operations and numerous other applications, especially for cases where mobili-ty is a main deciding factor. The key features of these plants are the compact construction, the fast instal-lation and mobility as well as the advantage that civil works are not required.
The JUMPER 450, the smallest JUMPER plant, is equipped with a SUN 451 planetary mixer, which has an output of 0.35 m3 compacted concrete per batch. Cement scale, metered water and an aggre gate dosing device are standard.
The JUMPER 750 offers a SUN 751 with output of 0.5 m3 per batch.
The JUMPER 1500 and 2000 plants are equipped each with an MSO twin-shaft mixer, with an output capacity of 1.0 respectively 1.25 m3 per batch. Different to the JUMPER 750, these plants are equipped with a double aggregate dosing device and a water scale
The JUMPER 1500/2000 are equipped with the SIMEM@TIC MEGA+, with a very powerful archive and data management as well as the creation and print-out of delivery notes, an automation system which has been designed for the control of ready-mix concrete plants.
Jumper can also be easily insulated to avoid weather conditions to interfere with production.
Easy transport and quick assembly are fundamental elements taken into consideration from design to manufacturing of each type of SIMEM mobile plants. JUMPER plants can be moved from site to site with standard trucks and trailers or stored in containers, which makes transportation easy and economical. All JUMPER plants are pre-wired and pre-plumbed, therefore it’s extremely easy and fast to bring the plants from transport to working position.
