MMX – PerGenova Breakwater

SIMEM supplied a complete high-capacity mobile concrete batching plant (MMX 5000) centered on a twin-shaft horizontal mixer with a 5 m³ dry capacity and 3.3 m³ concrete output. The mixer is powered by dual 55 kW motors with advanced gearboxes, oil cooling, heavy-duty wear-resistant components, and automated lubrication systems to ensure durability and continuous performance. It includes integrated systems for dust control, mixer cleaning, safety interlocks, and temperature monitoring. The plant also features highly accurate dosing systems for cement, water, aggregates, and chemical admixtures, all equipped with certified load cells, flowmeters, and automated control valves to guarantee precise batching and consistent concrete quality.

The installation is supported by a fully integrated structure with conveyors, aggregate storage (4 compartments, up to 160 m³), mobile silos (65 m³ each), screw conveyors, and pneumatic distribution systems. Automation is managed through the Simem@tic system with MCC panels, remote control, and monitoring tools, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. Additional systems include water management (tanks, pumps, washing systems), compressed air supply, CCTV supervision, and environmental protections such as dust filters and soundproofing. The plant is designed for mobility, quick setup, and high productivity, with hydraulic movement systems, modular enclosures, and service container integration enabling flexible operation in different job sites.
