Eagle 4000 – Italy

The Eagle 4000 is a high-performance concrete batching plant designed for efficiency, reliability, and optimal integration into modern construction workflows. At its core is the Nexus 2.3 aggregate group, configured in a LINEAR layout with 4 compartments and a single discharge gate. Aggregates are extracted via an 800 mm wide belt, ensuring steady and precise material flow. Complementing this is a 5-compartment aggregate storage system with a total capacity of 170 m³, built from galvanized corrugated sheet metal and reinforced with tie rods for maximum durability.

Concrete mixing is handled by the robust RHYNO 4000 twin-shaft mixer, capable of producing 2.5 m³ of compacted concrete per cycle, powered by two 45 kW electric motors. The plant is fully enclosed with a complete housing system, providing protection from external elements and minimizing dust and noise emissions. Additionally, the Betonwash 1.0 unit is integrated for efficient water recycling, promoting environmentally responsible operation and compliance with modern sustainability standards. MMX 5000 – South Korea

Wet Beton 120 Twin – Trojena

Simem has been selected as the supplier for the concrete production facilities in Trojena, a key development within the ambitious NEOM project in Saudi Arabia.

The plant provided by Simem is specifically designed to meet the demanding conditions of the mountainous region, ensuring high performance, environmental sustainability, and continuous production in a logistically challenging environment.

Eagle 5000 – Cumbidanovu Dam

Simem has supplied a state-of-the-art concrete batching plant for the Combidanovu dam project in Sardinia, Italy. Designed to meet the specific technical and environmental requirements of dam construction, the plant includes a semi-truck accessible aggregate receiving hopper (3 x 6 m, 25 m³ capacity), a Nexus 2.3 LINEAR aggregate unit with 6 compartments, and the powerful MSO 5001 twin-shaft horizontal mixer with a concrete output of 3.3 m³ per batch and dual 55 kW motors.

The entire installation ensures high production efficiency, reliability, and precise control of the concrete mix, which is essential for the structural integrity and durability of the dam. Simem’s solution also prioritizes ease of transport, quick installation, and low maintenance, making it ideally suited for remote and demanding construction sites like Combidanovu.
